The emotionally satisfying answer is easy to choose. And what is the objectively best course of action? Immigration is turning former nation-states into hell on Earth. A government for, of, and by its people will do what is necessary to repel any foreign invasion and remove the aliens already within its borders. Nothing else matters.
I don’t understand what is so difficult about this. The emotionally satisfying alternative is to napalm the invaders. It’s also the best long-term solution. Not that difficult.

One of the most disappointing things about Trump is how non-authoritarian he’s been (of course the Left screams exactly the opposite). Obama didn’t bat an eye when it came to dismantling immigration restrictions via executive order. Trump has full, black-letter authority to impose a ton of immigration restrictions, yet when some punk nobody judge attempts to shut him down, Trump just goes along with it. It’s a weakness for him: he believes in the system, even yet. He should tell the judges to go get bent: “try to stop me.”
Trump could and should stop ALL refugees, shut the border, but a hold on Visas of all kinds, etc. If he understood the cultural side of the battlefield better, a super smart move would be to cancel, effective immediately, all student visas. Not only would this remove a few hundred thousands Chinese and Indians we don’t need from America (and empty out my apartment building),

it would be a serious financial blow to colleges, who are high in the pantheon of our cultural enemies. It’s exactly the kind of thing Obama would have had no problem doing. Instead, Trump tweets about how Congress needs to change the laws. It’s frustrating.
As for the caravan, Trump has threatened to “close the border,” and now he needs to do it. What happens when the human wave starts to swarm across, like they will? Well me, I would start shooting. You give a bunch of warnings over loud speakers — in Spanish of course! — saying if you charge we’re going to shoot, and then you do it. Anyone that makes it through is arrested.
Trump needs to make it military. Call it what it is: an illegal invasion, an act of war. That way you circumvent the legal process, which is a joke, and everyone gets tossed into military prison, processed quickly, and shipped back home.

The latest Fast the Nation (episode 159) treats this Caravan question at length.
According to featured guest Ethnarch, the men in the Caravan are army irregular, or irregular combatants, and as such the standard international rules and laws re warfare, do not apply.

In other words they can be strafed, sprayed with DDT, and or put up on pikes to feed to the insects — and the UN has no basis to object.
Those details may not be exactly right, but that’s what I heard them say.
The whole question of rules regarding warfare, begs the question of What are rules?
Obviously they are what you can get away with, and it helps to win.
Ethnarch and McFeels made a case for sending into Mexico, American special forces to deal with them there.
I forgot what is the term for when our forces go into their country [forward deployment], but that’s the relevant operational concept for what we should do. Also we have designated special forces that not primarily combat orientated, for just this sort of thing. They are trained in civil engagement.
This is Trump’s moment. It is a huge test. How is it going to resolve?
Those two analysts also made the point, that Trump will want to “win” this situation by getting Mexico to deal with it as much as possible.
My money is that he is able to do that: to get Mexico to stop the Caravan; and he will probably be using his designated non-combat special forces to help achieve that, and he will want to keep our involvement in it as out of the media as possible.
The problem with that approach, even especially if it works, is that it doesn’t prevent future problems of the same sort.

They are going to make the great majority of Americans very angry and afraid that this is happening.
What Trump needs to do is have his first direct television address to the American people from the Oval Office, and lay out exactly what the situation is, why the migrants are doing what they’re doing (because they’ve figured out we aren’t serious about enforcing the border and won’t do anything to stop them) and how that is because the Democrats have rewarded border jumpers for decades.
He should point out how the Left wants the migrants to either cross without being stopped, to set a precedent to encourage millions more to cross, or else for them to be shot at, so that his administration can be portrayed as trigger-happy killers of innocent migrants.
Then he needs to make it crystal clear exactly what will happen if the border jumpers attempt to cross. He should do exactly whatever the law clearly gives him the legal tools to do, nothing more or less. He should get an emergency clarification from the Supreme Court or whomever you would do that with – Attorney General, whomever – as to what means of stopping the invaders he is legally authorized to do. If the opinion is that deadly force can’t be used, he shouldn’t use it.
If as a result, thousands spill across the border, Trump can say that this is because there is no wall, there are no effective laws preventing employment of illegals, and no serious consequences for illegals. And use it to demand immediate serious legal changes and a wall.

It’s very interesting how this finally brings to a very clear head the fundamental moral conflict that underlies all of these recent problems: is it OK to shoot unarmed people who are attempting to swarm into property they don’t own, for the purpose of taking it for themselves?
If they were armed, there’d be no question it would be OK.
When was the last time police shot at rioters? 1965? Now they just let them run wild.
But we’ve developed a Western morality in the last 50 years that says you can’t shoot at unarmed people…which has meant that all criminals (i.e. illegal aliens) have to do is be unarmed and go where they want, knowing we have morally disarmed ourselves and can’t bring ourselves to use deadly force to stop it.
So either we start using deadly force, or we are conquered – through the border, through riots, through “occupations”, whatever. At some point we either start shooting – and take the heat for it – or we are conquered. It’s a binary choice, there’s no other way around it.
The cost of doing nothing, and losing our country, may well be far more terrible than napalming them. People of good conscience will rightly be horrified at the thought, but later when our nation is lost will say, “Why did we not do SOMETHING?”.

I am kind of having a Flowers for Algernon struggle with this concept. It’s not actually that difficult, reconciling their view of the situation as random violence, versus our view of seeing that same violence in the context of what it is, which is race-based primarily but can also be characterized as idealogical ala Islam. Or more simply as violence that is part of a larger conflict and thus a larger pattern.
But them seeing and considering and framing these acts of violence, as random, reveals the essence of their perspective.
It’s the Eloi thing, or the nigger tax as Auster might have put it. Not noticing in Sailer’s phrase. Linder for a long time hammered on the meme of “the wrong place at the wrong time”.

She was killed in a senseless act of violence allegedly by 37-year-old sex offender Melvin Rowland, who ended his life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a church, according to University of Utah Police Services Lt. Brian Wahlin.
McCluskey was originally from Washington state. She would have graduated in May 2019 with a degree in communications. According to her mother, who provided a statement to KUTV 2News, McCluskey dated Rowland for a month, and he lied about “his name, his age, and his criminal history.” Classes have been cancelled today on campus.

I’ve no experience raising a girl. From what I see though, no need to overworry if there is a dad, just keep your eyes open. Maybe PA can say more about this due to his time in the military, but my experience with enlisted women in the military shows that they generally aren’t a very sane bunch, many of them (literally) date their whole battalion within the first 2 years after boot camp. Being a psycho attention whore is not typical behavior for white women of quality, of course, but the military seems to attract these types to the ranks of enlisted women.
Here’s an example of what I mean – a famous case from a few years ago in the Marine Corps. Enlisted WM (woman marine) dates at least 4 different guys in her unit, is 8 months pregnant with a baby (surely by yet another unknown soldier) then goes to visit the married Marine (a Mexican) with whom she had been involved and was accusing of the rape. She goes to his house to talk to him to see him even though SHE was the one who had an outstanding protection/restraining order against him because of that rape charge.
So, he kills her after an argument, tries to burn the evidence in a grill and flees to Mexico. (was later caught and extradited back):

Yeah, the military is not a place for women. I was enlisted active duty Army in the early 90s. I slept with two decent looking Army chicks during my time, so no sour grapes on my end.
Objectively, they will all* fuck because they are surrounded by young fit men who vie for them. Further, it’s an environment that crushes femininity in the name of equality. This has the effect of imbuing these girls with institutionally-supported machismo, making them vulgar and husky/mannish voiced in their everyday manners. They’ll walk like men from all that marching.
1. *Two Exceptions: a blonde angelic beauty wrapping up her 3-year enlistment who had a civilian boyfriend in her distant home state. No phoniness, she was real. Radiated virtue. The unfortunate necessary farce of her daily life was that every sentence she said began with “My boyfriend.” We goofed on her for that but respected her purity.
2. Shory before I was to leave the Army, a super cute young E2 girl joined our unit, lived in our barracks, which were coed. She also put up massive virtue shields, in her case it was fervent Christianity. She was from some deep backwater, forget where. Maybe the Ozarks. Pretty face, sweet elfin body, a hillbilly accent one could barely understand, and crooked teeth (which I kinda have a thing for…) – the only other genuine article good girl I knew. I tried flirting with her once but her obvious unfamiliarity with aggressive male interest was obvious. Her alarmed facial expression cooled my engines instantly.
Ok, the sole two examples of purity, and this was almost three decades ago. Any man who thinks that gonna be his daughter might as well go and play the lottery while he’s at it.
Sure, there were young female enlistees who had steady boyfriends and didn’t behave scandalously, but they too were beating the odds.
I have horror stories. The chick who got fucked by literally half of her platoon, including various black drill instructors is a cliche, but that’s just words. When you meet one who reeks of yet some other guy’s fresh semen from fifteen minutes ago, you truly know disgust. Except that there’s the fun game of guessing who it was this time, as after a while guys would fuck her on the downlow because it’d be embarrassing to admit that you banged that.
The most typical though, was a chick who went through a series of short term boyfriends punctuated by a periodic drunk hookup. And that was before out-in-the open mudsharking was a thing. Typical thing in the barracks on a Friday evening: everyone is drunk and someone is banging on someone else’s door to borrow a condom.
Finally, I almost forgot to mention, some of the girls were situational lesbians. Everyone knew it, they didn’t hide it much. It was still illegal then, dont ask dont tell.

Something I’m thankful for, is that my Basic Training was all-male. The Army didn’t integrate by sex until a few years later.
It would not have been the character-building experience it was, if there were females in our Company. Young (White) men dont just go into the military for material reasons. Many of us in fact want that, what’s the word, rite of passage with everything it’s supposed to be. Training alongside of women would have made the whole thing a joke.
The battalion buttercups are usually trouble. My friend’s mistress is enlisted. She flirts very heavily as soon as he’s out of sight. It’s a bit of an aside here, but I remember being an undergraduate, doing the grunt-work taking measurements for a science research project “officially” being conducted by my supervisor (and being published in her name), and at one point just pausing for a moment, marveling to myself that you know, I could be as careless as I like, or even just make the results up if I wanted to get out of here early, and no one will ever know. And if you think that isn’t going on all over the place, you haven’t ever worked in any kind of research.
