You are probably familiar with Steve Sailer’s “World’s Most Important Graph,” which projects Europe’s and Africa’s population growth based on current trends:
Below is my version of Sailer’s graph, in which I took the liberty of assuming two sets of alternate scenarios changing those trends, beginning arbitrarily in 2030.
- Europe’s Scenario A suggests that a discarding of liberalism would create a population growth that would then plateau at a sustainable level.
- Africa’s Scenario B1 (dashed line) shows what would happen if West withdrew all humanitarian aid (food, medicine, sanitation, water engineering, peacekeeping) from Africa.
- Africa’s Scenario B2 (solid line) assumes some form of responsible humanitarian aid combined with a hands-off policy.
